If your doctor has referred you to a specialist for further care you will receive a letter from us to confirm the referral has been made and to which hospital this has gone to. 

In some cases you will be sent an appointment date and time and in some cases you will be triaged by the hospital and they will send you the letter directly with an appointment time. 

We aim to send our referral appointment letters out via text if we have a mobile number registered for the patient. 

Please ensure your Mobile Number is up to date with us.
